6-9 February 2008 (Fruit Logistica)
3-8 March 2008 (ITB)
18-20 April 2008 (football cup final game)
1-4 May 2008 (Ascension Day)
26-31 May 2008 (ILA)
20-25 July 2008 (Psychology Congress)
28 August - 2 September 2008 (IFA)
23-25 September 2008 (Innotrans)
26-28 September 2008 (Berlin Marathon)

For cancellations made later than the above specified time frames, or for no-shows, the total amount of the booking will be charged by the hotel to the credit card provided.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
