By car:
- Take the N1 towards Lausanne/Fribourg
- Exit at Bern Forsthaus towards city centre
- Turn right at the first crossing towards Interlaken
- Follow Zieglerstrasse. The hotel Astoria is located before the Eigerplatz (square) on the right side of the street.

By public transport:
From train station Bern (short distance ticket):
- Take the tram number 3, Perron 4, towards Weissenbühl or bus number 10, behind the mall Loeb, towards Köniz Schliern
- Exit at stop Eigerplatz.
You will see the yellow hotel building on the right side of the street.

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge (excluding breakfast) when sharing a room with 2 paying adults and using existing beds. Max. 2 children per room per 2 paying adults. Children from 13 to 16 years old receive a 30% reduction in their parents room (incl. breakfast). Extra charges may apply.
