The hotel was opened in 2003 in an Art Nouveau style building completed in 1912 as a bank office. The newly renovated building has maintained elements of historical architecture, such as doors, elevators and bank safes.
The basement floor has a cosy wine and cigar room built into an old bank vault for holding private receptions and dinners for up to 15 people.
The luxurious sauna complex on the hotel’s basement floor will provide an opportunity to relax and rest. The complex includes a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and a jacuzzi. There is also a spacious washing room and a comfortable lobby. Conference rooms are available.
All rooms and public areas are newly renovated and furnished in a classical style, with elegance and taste. All rooms are equipped with necessary facilities and a bathrobe. The hotel has separate rooms for smokers, guests with allergies and those with special needs.

Restaurant Margarita is located on the second floor of the Barons Hotel, overlooking the Old Town. It seats 54 clients, and both breakfast and lunch are served here. Business lunches are available on every business day.
