The Chalet Hotel is situated in the heart of Kandersteg, in the Bernese Oberland and has fabulous views of the mountains. Guests at the hotel will experience the full hospitality of the owners Claudia and Gerhard Lehmann. The Hotel Bernerhof is perfect for sunny holidays and is the ideal starting point for the numerous summer and winter sport activities such as walking, hiking, tennis, paragliding, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and family ski holidays.

The hotel offers its own parking which is outdoors and unsecured. (free of charge). One does not need to make a reservation before arrival.
There is also the possibility to park the car in a garage nearby for CHF 12 per day.

The hotel offers internet (broadband) which costs CHF 5 per 30 minutes. Internet is available in all rooms.
The only thing you need is a laptop. You can also use the internet corner in the lobby.

Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed in the hotel for CHF 10 per day.

The hotel is not accessible for disabled people.

Situated in the heart of the picturesque Kandersteg and approximately 150km from Zurich airport. Kandersteg has excellent public transport connections.

From 24.12.2006 - 01.01.2007: minimum stay 7 nights.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children up to 12 years can stay free of charge (excluding breakfast) when sharing a room with 2 paying adults and using existing beds.
Children from 13 to 16 years: 30% reduction (breakfast included).
Maximum 2 children per room per 2 paying adults. Extra charges may apply.
