This modern guest house offers 12 fully equipped, self catering studio apartments, close to the centre of Reykjavik.

Opened in 2005, Bolholt’s self catering apartments offer the freedom and independence to explore the exciting and vibrant city of Reykjavik. Just a short walk from the city centre, the guest house is just off the main street, with all of its shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Bolholt’s reasonable rates and well-equipped apartments make it ideal for a longer stay in this fascinating city.

Rooms on the building’s north side offer magnificent views of the bay and the beautiful Esja Mountain.

There is a small supermarket just across the street from the guest house.

The guest house is approximately 15 minutes walk from the very centre of Reykjavik. Bolholt is situated just off Laugavegur, Iceland's biggest & most popular shopping street, which leads into town. As well as many shops and restaurants, Laugavegur is also home to lots of the bars and nightclubs which make Reykjavik’s night-life famous. Reykjavik’s spas and geothermal swimming pool are just a short distance away.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 47.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
