When you walk out of the hotel you walk right into the forest where you can enjoy the peaceful sound of nature. Explore the area on your rented bike or cycle to the beach which is about 2 km from the hotel.

The ferry to Terschelling departs from Harlingen.

The trip to Terschelling takes about 2 hours. It is also possible to take an express trip with the Koegelwieck, and then it takes about 45 minutes. There will be buses and taxis waiting for you when you arrive. You can leave your baggage at the bicycle rental shop, Tijs Knop, and he will transport your baggage to the hotel free of charge.

An essential means of transportation on this island is the bicycle. You can also rent a bike from Tijs Knop. The bike rental is located opposite the ferry terminal from Rederij Doeksen. If you are travelling by car, it is also possible to rent a bicycle from the hotel.

Arriving by boat:
When you arrive by ferry, you go right from the terminal onto the Willem Barentszkade. At the end of the street the name changes to Burgermeester van Heusdenweg. There you take the second road on your left - the Europalaan. From here, take the first street on your right - the West aletalaan. Then you take the second road on the right - the Sportlaan. After 250 metres you will find the hotel on your left hand side.

By presenting your confirmation letter you can take the bus to the hotel for free. On the day of departure you can also make use of it.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
