Golden Tulip Beach Resort Seeduyn is located on top of a row of sand dunes that overlook the North Sea and neighbouring islands.
The hotel is renowned for its unique location and hospitable, casual atmosphere. You can walk straight onto the beach from the hotel. Bedrooms offer splendid views of the sea and dunes. The village is less than a kilometre away.
As guests of the hotel, you can travel for free by bus around the whole island, including between the ferry stops and front of the hotel. Just show your guest card to the driver.
A network of cycle and walking paths also start in front of the hotel.
Most of the rooms are facing south overlooking the island and lighthouse, but there are rooms with superb sea views as well.
There is a horse and pony riding school nearby.
The hotel offers 94 superior rooms and 56 apartments, all equipped with common facilities and a balcony or a terrace. From a number of the rooms you can enjoy a stunning view of the North Sea.

Our casual restaurant, the Brassery, offers a wide selection for lunch and dinner and welcomes you as well as your children.
Our beach restaurant, 't Badhuys, is located on the beach with a great view of the North Sea. They offer a selection of local and foreign specialities. In our guest restaurant we serve a daily-changing 3-course dinner.
Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 till 10:00.
Vlieland is an unspoiled Waddeneiland with fantastic nature areas. Endless beaches, varied forests, beautiful dunes, the special "Kroon's polders" and of course the incredible sandbar the "Vliehors", which can be visited with the "Vliehors Express". A visit to one of the other islands like Texel and Terschelling is worth while. Vlieland comprises the small town Oost - Vlieland with beautiful old fronts, a church from 1876 and many nice surroundings. In the town you will find as well as the museum "Tromphuys" and an educational centre " De Noordwester". They offer several walks and excursions. The hotel organises many activities and during high season there is a children entertainment programme.
The hotel is located on the island of Vlieland, one of the 5 Dutch Waddeneilanden. The ferry departs from the harbour of Harlingen and takes one and a half hours to reach Vlieland.
Upon arriving on Vlieland, your can hand you luggage to our luggage transporter who will take everything to our hotel. In busy periods, guests can drop off their luggage in Harlingen, when entering the boat. This will be clearly posted in Harlingen.
To get from the harbour to the hotel you can rent a bicycle at Zeelen bike rentals, where our guest get a 10% discount.
The public bus is free of charge for all our guests for the duration of their stay at our hotel.
Due renovation the swimming pool and sauna are out of order until March 21 2008. The hotels offers her guests to use the facilities of Residentie Vlierijck, 1,5 km from the hotel. They can arrange transport on request.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
