The Hotel Eiger is situated in the heart of Grindelwald centre, with view to the mountains and the two glaciers. Cable cars, trains, shops and the sport centre are within a few steps walking distance.
Accessibility by car
National motorways lead from Basel, Geneva or Zurich via Berne to Spiez. From here Grindelwald can be reached in about 45 minutes on very good roads.
Accessibility by rail
There are daily direct ICE-, Eurocity-, Intercity-, CISALPINO- and TGV-trains from various European cities to Interlaken. From here, there are direct rail connections to Grindelwald. The total travelling time Interlaken - Grindelwald is 35 minutes.
The hotel is not accessible for disabled people.
Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
One child up to 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.
