If you have any special requirements, such as a reservation in one of the area's renowned restaurants, the booking of theatre tickets or a particular daily newspaper, our staff would be only too happy to assist.

For reservations which include 3 or more rooms (group reservations) special cancellation conditions apply:
- any modifications or cancellations until 7 days prior to arrival, are free of charge
- any modifications or cancellations until 48 hours prior to arrival, will be charged with 50% of the total amount.
- any later modifications or cancellations and in case of a no-show, 80% of the total amount will be charged.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children younger than 10 years old can stay for free with their parents in a double room (maximum 1 child per room).

(Children older than 10 years are charged EUR 25 extra per night, per child.)
