Located in downtown Reykjavik, just a 3 minute walk from the main attractions, the hotel is ideal for those wanting to explore the city sights, but also experience some tranquility.

This former factory building has been completely renovated to house a hotel spread over 3 floors. All the rooms feature twin beds and have capacity for up to 4 persons. All the rooms have a pull-out sofa, making it ideal for families, or offering a spacious room to solo travellers.

Hotel staff are at your service to provide you with general information and recommendations for day tours, attractions, dining and entertainment, or any other request you might have.

During the winter months, the reception is open 08:00-17:00, the rest of the year it is open 24 hours.

In winter, the hotel asks to be informed should you arrival later than 17:00 o'clock.

Please note that this residence does not have an elevator (lift).

Smoking is only allowed in rooms with a balcony.

In addition to the listed amenities all rooms are fully furnished including linen, a separate dining area, twin beds, wardrobe and a pull-out sofa which is suitable for 2 people.

The rooms are between 25 and 50 m² in size and some of them have kitchen and balcony (smoking is only allowed in rooms with a balcony).

All rooms have a capacity of up to 4 people, except for one room which is suitable for up to 5 people.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00.

The hotel is located in downtown Reykjavik, in walking distance of many of the local attractions, including:

- Laugavegur: Main shopping street where you can find shops, restaurants and popular bars and clubs, as well as the tourist information centre.

- SAFN: Contemporary art collection, located in Laugavegur.

- Skólavorðurstígur: A street lined with galleries and jewellers.

The Culture House and the Iðnó Theatre are also nearby.

From Keflavik International Airport:

Fly bus: From the airport to BSI bus station, from there you can take a taxi (approximately 5 minutes).

By car:

From South and East:
- take Road 1 (the main road around Iceland)
- turn left at the first set of traffic lights
- once you have reached downtown (Lækjærtorg ), turn right into Hvervisgata street
- turn left at the first set of traffic lights into Klappastígur street
- turn right into Veghúsastígur street
- turn left on Vatnsstígur, the hotel is on the left-hand side of the street.

From West and North:
- take Road 1 (the main road around Iceland)
- go downtown
- once you have reached downtown (Lækjærtorg ), turn right into Hvervisgata street
- turn left at the first set of traffic lights into Klappastígur street
- turn right into Veghúsastígur street
- turn left on Vatnsstígur, the hotel is on the left-hand side of the street.

Please note: The residence does not have a lift.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
